In-Game Name: ElChingon07 Staff Reported: Alex, the trial-moderator Staff's SteamID: STEAM_0:1:153652689 Why I'm reporting the staff member: I'm reporting Alex for many reasons, he doesn't know how to deal with sits/people. I was trying to get his attention then all of a sudden he physguns me, tosses me across the map, and leaves me there with no explaination. He also doens't listen to his higher-ups, neither does he to other of his fellow staff members. I'm concerned about this, because the way he treats the players on this server should not be tolderated and is disrespectful to them. Another reason for this complaint is because I checked his Staff Application and it shows that he has 1 hour on the server, now, in my opinion, if someone is going to make a application to become a staff member/trial-moderator, they should have a requirement of at least 12 hours or more. Forgot one more thing, Alex also banned someone permanently for a few reasons, and he is what again? A trial mod, tmods should be allowed to ban people for more than a week, I feel like this needs to be changed as soon as possible because anyone can just apply, get accepted and abuse their powers just like Alex performed here. There needs to be a change in this staff member sooner or later, either getting trained and get better, or a demotion.
